1. Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Customized or limited-edition items (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.
• Exchange Option: If you prefer, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

4. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you can request a return.
